Nonrefundable Booking Fee: A 20% nonrefundable booking fee is charged for every procedure. This fee is necessary to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule up to 72 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit.

New Clients Policy: If you are a new client at Salon HighBrow, please book your appointment as a new appointment. We do not offer touch-up pricing for clients who have previously received services at other salons.

Touch-Up Appointments: For new appointments regarding permanent makeup, we highly recommend scheduling your 6-week touch-up appointment immediately. This touch-up is typically performed 6 weeks after the initial procedure. Similarly, for procedures requiring touch-ups between 12 and 18 months, the same timeline applies. If it has been longer than 18 months since your last appointment, new appointment pricing will be applicable.

Existing Work: If you have existing work done, we kindly request that you email us pictures at salonhighbrow@gmail.com. This will enable us to assess the work and determine if we can work with it or make any necessary changes or fixes.
